1 Graham Cracker Crust or cookie crust
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup chopped candy or peanuts
Best if made a day ahead.
Prepare your pie crust.
Cream together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar, again until smooth.
In a clean, chilled bowl beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into your cream cheese and peanut butter mix.
Spoon filling onto the crust. Sprinkle on toppings before serving.
Store in the refrigerator for several days.
